One Hour Workshops

We're always looking for ways to help our customers get maximum return on their investment, and one area you can't really 'over do' is training. The more you understand about your PromoServe or TransAction Software, and / or  your ClickPromo website, the more your system will help you to:

  • Sell more to existing customers
  • Acquire new customers
  • Improve your business processes


Our FREE One Hour Workshops are the latest initiative to help you achieve more. They are live online training sessions called 'webinars', during which you can see and hear the trainer explaining various aspects of the system. You'll be able to type in your questions, and the Workshops are recorded and archived on www.promoservehelp.com.

You'll receive a weekly email from the Support Team detailing the week's training topics, and you can also pre-register and find out more about the topic by clicking on the below links. Most webinars are between 30 - 45 minutes, but please allow an hour for questions.
