We're always looking for ways to help our customers get maximum return on their investment, and one area you can't really 'over do' is training. The more you understand about your PromoServe or TransAction Software, and / or your ClickPromo website, the more your system will help you to:

New One Hour Workshops
Our FREE One Hour Workshops are the latest initiative to help you achieve more. They are live online training sessions called 'webinars', during which you can see and hear the trainer explaining various aspects of the system. You'll be able to type in your questions, and the Workshops are recorded and archived on www.promoservehelp.com.

PromoServe Master Classes
We know that the more you understand about your software or website, the greater the return you'll receive on your investment. In order to help you maximise that value, from 1st November 2009 all Software Master Class courses are completely FREE OF CHARGE to PromoServe Pro and Works users, and TransAction Print users (PromoServe Lite and Plus users can also attend for a nominal monthly fee).
Software Master Class courses are designed for existing users of PromoServe and TransAction Software, or ClickPromo websites, and are pitched 'from the ground up'. They are ideal for finding out more about the software, refreshing your memory, learning best practice and for training up new members of staff.
Each full day course is limited to six delegates and lunch is provided. Most courses are currently held at our training facilities in Sheffield, however we will explore other locations based on user demand.
